Parish Plan

Parish Plan Report Front Cover

The public launch of the Parish Plan was held on Thursday 14 April 2005 to a large audience including residents, Parish, Borough and County Council officers, Police and Road Safety officers. You can download the full report from the link below the picture. Printed copies may be ordered from the Clerk to the Council at a cost of £3.00 to include delivery/postage as appropriate [order form below]. A Summary was sent to all households. SEE ALSO Village Design Statement page.

The last meeting of the Parish Plan Group was at on 23 February 2009 to discuss a planning application. A Service Co-ordination Event run by Leicestershire County Council brought officers from several organisations together with local groups to work on action plans to resolve some outstanding issues. The action plan was monitored at 3 and 6 months and a final version will be published by Leics CC. New people are always welcome to get involved in local activities e.g. Traffic or Neighbourhood Watch.
