Village Hall & Annexe Booking Rates

The Village Hall and Annexe are served by a public car park for around 25 vehicles - and street parking outside is also available. The location address is 50 Main Street, Woodhouse Eaves, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE12 8RZ

There has been no rise in lettings fees since 2002.

Anyone wishing to sell alcohol at an event must complete a licence application. Two copies must be sent to the Borough Council and one copy to the Police [addresses are on the form below] and there is a small fee. The Community Hall in Old Woodhouse is owned and managed by a group of Trustees and does not belong to the Parish Council. To know more contact Mr D John on 01509 890 812

Advance bookings

Council resolved that bookings for special calendar dates e.g. New Year's Eve should not be accepted before the 1 January in the same year. Where more than one application is received, the earliest received would be accepted. Full payment should be made at the time of booking special dates.
